Order Cancellation Eligibility
Orders may be canceled only if the order has not yet entered processing or fulfillment.
Because our system may begin processing orders immediately after purchase, we cannot guarantee a cancellation window based on time alone.
Once an order is processed, fulfilled, or handed over to a shipping carrier, it cannot be canceled, even if the request is made shortly after purchase.
How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, customers must contact us as soon as possible at info@oak-aura.com and include:
Order number
Email used at checkout
Cancellation requests are reviewed based on order status, not time elapsed.
Orders That Cannot Be Canceled
Orders cannot be canceled if:
The order has entered processing or fulfillment
A tracking number has been generated
The order has been handed over to a carrier or is in transit

Refunds for Approved Cancellations
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method
