We offer a 90-day return window, which means you have 90 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return:

 

You must contact us within 90 days of delivery

 

The item must be returned

 

Proof of purchase (order number or email used at checkout) is required

Normal wear from reasonable use is acceptable.

Please note the following conditions:

 

Returned items may take 1 to 3 months to arrive back to our warehouse, depending on your location, shipping method, and customs processing

Refunds will only be issued after the returned item is received and inspected

 

The product must be returned in reasonable condition and must not be defective due to misuse, intentional damage, or excessive wear

If the returned item is found to be damaged, heavily used, or not in acceptable condition, the refund may be partially reduced or denied

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with the return 

 

A restocking fee of up to 15% may be deducted to cover inspection, processing, and inventory handling.

 

Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

 

Due to the nature of our fulfillment network, some returns require international shipping to our overseas warehouse.

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
