Refund & Return Policy – Olivora

At Olivora, your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please review our updated return policy below.


Returns

We offer a 60-day return window. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item if you wish to request a return.

To qualify, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received (unused, unworn, with tags).

  • Returned in the original packaging.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Once a return address has been provided, items must be shipped back within 60 days. Returns sent after this period will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale or discounted.

  • Gift cards.

  • Personal care or beauty products.

  • Custom or personalized products.

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.


Damages & Issues

Check your order as soon as it arrives. If it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue quickly.


European Union Customers

For customers within the European Union, you also have a 14-day cooling-off period. This allows you to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, as long as the item is in original condition and packaging.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Banks and card providers may take additional time to process refunds.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@tryolivora.store.

  • If you request an exchange, that item is no longer eligible for a refund.
